Here are the modules our Creative Coaching Program.

MODULE 1: Product Details.
What are its most significant features? Is the product still in
development, or is it ready to roll? We will ask profound questions to
reveal your strengths.

MODULE 2: We will help you identify your target market. Who will this
product appeal to most? We steer you into market research, uncover
historical figures for sales of your type of product and look at trends
and projections

MODULE 3: We will help you size up your competition. Who are your
major competitors? How does your product compare to theirs? How strong
are they in the market? We will analyze the methods they use to market
their products.

MODULE 4: We will plan your marketing strategy in greater detail. How
will you advertise and market your product? Which features of the
product will you focus on? What will be the product's price and why?

MODULE 5: We will ask to you to describe your operations. What's your
plan for customer service? What about credit and sales terms,
qualifications and achievements of your management team, and the
physical location of your business?

MODULE 6: We will suggest that you prepare financial statements based
on projections of sales, operating costs and expenses. Include cash
flow projections, profit and loss reports and income statements for at
least three years.

Fast Creative will put it all together. We'll divide the plan into
sections based on the above topics. Begin with a executive summary that
gives an overall picture of your business venture. In each section of
the plan we'll show how your product and strategy can beat the
competition.

Marketing plans can be just a few pages or as lengthy as
novels. But keep in mind that the more thorough you are in supporting
your plan with research, detailed information and financial
projections, the more likely you will be to gain support from investors
or lenders.
